Our booking process is also simple! When you’ve picked your favourite hotel for your upcoming holiday, simply email us using the details at the bottom of the hotel page. From here, our team will connect you with your chosen hotel to make the booking with them directly – from your preferred date and room preference to transfer requirements and payment details. Think of us as your personalised pathway to your next holiday. We’re passionate about working with the best of the best and helping our members discover everything they have to offer.

Each and every hotel on our books has been handpicked due to their bespoke, boutique and beautiful nature – basically, each property has to be super special to become a part of The Peaks portfolio. Properties do pay a fee to be included, but they also have to be invited to become part of the group.

Yes, please bring a passport or ID that matches the details on your Peaks account.

That decision is up to the hotel and their own policies. Check the details when emailing the hotel team about your booking.

Individuals will have to have their own memberships to make bookings for themselves – you will not be able to make a booking on behalf of a friend, however you can book with a plus one if you are sharing a room.

Easy peasy! Just email your point of contact at the hotel and they will be able to make the changes for you. Please refer to their booking policy for further details.

If there is a particular room you have your eye on, always flag this at the point of booking with the hotel. If the room is available, the hotel should be able to guarantee a particular room.

As you will book direct with the hotel, this will depend on the hotels’ cancellation and payment policies. Any money paid will be refunded to the card used to book, provided the cancellation is made within the hotel’s specified cancellation period.

This totally depends on the type of feedback you wish to share. Did something go wrong with your stay or is there something you need to contact us about urgently, please email info@wearethepeaks.com and we will assist in sorting the matter and put you in touch with the relevant people at the hotel. Of course! Nearly all of our hotels and villas are family friendly – if you need a family room, extra beds or a cot, just mention all these details when booking directly with the hotel. 

All payments are done directly though the hotel or our individual partners. The Peaks do not handle any credit card details/money transfers. 

Yes – each hotel partner has the option of offering ‘Sneak Peak’ offers, giving you the chance to get a better deal or discount with our Peaks partners. The Sneak Peak offer will be distributed to our members via the newsletter, giving you a window to book up to seven nights at the discounted offer. 

No, we do not handle flights, transfers, car hire or travel insurance directly however you will find details of recommended driver and tour operator services in ‘The Peaks Plans’ plus discounts from likeminded partners in The Peaks Perks. Hotels will also be able to assist with booking airport transfers.
