How do I become a member of The Peaks?

To ensure we are enticing the true travellers, members of The Peaks will pay an annual sign up fee, gaining access to our selection of offers from hand-picked hotels and privately- owned villas around the world. To sign up, simply Click Here and fill in all the details to benefit from our amazing hotel deals, discounts and holiday suggestions. From 1st January 2020 until the end of June 2020, membership will be free of charge.

The Peaks offer a peak into new luxury by allowing members the chance to explore boutique, bespoke and beautiful hotels and villas at discounted rates and indulge in a complimentary one-of-a-kind experience with every booking. Members also have access to our ‘Sneak Peaks’ (day long flash sale) offers plus The Peaks Plans, a collection of information covering all the essentials at each destination. Meanwhile, The Peaks Perks unlocks offers for our members, giving them access to our partners’ discounted products and services.

 

How do I book a hotel through The Peaks?

Our booking process is also simple! When you’ve picked your favourite hotel for your upcoming holiday, simply email us using the details at the bottom of the hotel page. From here, our team will help you make your booking directly with your chosen hotel - from your preferred date and room preference to transfer requirements and payment details. Think of us as your bridge between the UAE and the rest of the world.

How can I trust The Peak’s hotel choices?

Each and every hotel on our books has been handpicked due to their bespoke, boutique and beautiful nature – basically, each property has to be super special to become a part of The Peaks portfolio. Properties do pay a fee to be included, but they also have to be invited to become part of the group.

 

Do I need to bring proof of identification when checking into a Peaks hotel?

Yes, please bring a passport or ID that matches the details on your Peaks account.

 

Can you hold a room for 24 hours?

That decision is up to the hotel and their own policies. Check the details when emailing the hotel team about your booking.

 

Can I make a booking for a friend or relative under my membership?

If you have a Peaks Family Plan then yes, you can make bookings for yourself and immediate family. Individuals will have to have their own memberships to make bookings for themselves – you will not be able to make a booking on behalf of a friend, however you can book with a plus one if you are sharing a room.

 

What is the costing structure for The Peaks?

The first six months will cost absolutely nothing, allowing members the opportunity to take a peek into new luxury whilst saving on bookings and experiences. From 1st July 2020, prices for a one-year unlimited membership will start from AED 500 for an individual and AED 900 for families.

 

I made a mistake on my reservation/need to alter my dates – how do I do this?

Easy peasy! Just email your point of contact at the hotel and they will be able to make the changes for you. Please refer to their booking policy for further details.

Are you able to guarantee a particular room at a hotel?

If there is a particular room you have your eye on, always flag this at the point of booking with the hotel. If the room is available, the hotel should be able to guarantee a particular room.

Can I cancel my booking?

As you will book direct with the hotel, this will depend on the hotels’ cancellation and payment policies. Any money paid will be refunded to the card used to book, provided the cancellation is made within the hotel's specified cancellation period.

I’ve got back from my stay and I’d like to share feedback. Who should I share this with?

This totally depends on the type of feedback you wish to share. Did something go wrong with your stay or is there something you need to contact us about urgently, please email info@wearethepeaks.com and we will assist in sorting the matter and put you in touch with the relevant people at the hotel. If you’d like to share a positive experience, please feel free to leave a review or write up on the hotel’s individual Peaks page.

How do I update my profile?

Simply Click Here to update any and all elements of your profile on The Peaks.

Can I book family rooms, extra beds or cots?

Of course! Nearly all of our hotels and villas are family friendly – if you need a family room, extra beds or a cot, just mention all these details when booking directly with the hotel. 

How do I pay?

All payments are done directly though the hotel or our individual partners. The Peaks do not handle any credit card details/money transfers. 

Do you offer special deals?

Yes – each hotel partner is committed to offering two ‘Sneak Peaks’ offers per year, giving you the chance to get a better deal or discount with our Peaks partners. The Sneak Peak offer will be available for one day only and will be distributed to our members via the newsletter, giving you a window to book up to seven nights at the discounted offer. 

What exactly is your best price guarantee?

We guarantee that you will pay will not get a better price on the hotel's site or any other publicly available rate, on a like-for-like basis. If you do find a better rate, please share this with us.

Can you arrange flights, transfers, car hire or travel insurance?

No, we do not handle flights, transfers, car hire or travel insurance directly however you will find details of recommended driver and tour operator services in ‘The Peaks Plans’ plus discounts from likeminded partners in The Peaks Perks. Hotels will also be able to assist with booking airport transfers.

How do I list my hotel or villa?

If you think your hotel or villa is perfect for The Peaks, please email us at info@wearethepeaks.com . Bear in mind that we are selective, and that we need to visit every new hotel or villa in person to acquire the needed information for our website and social channels.
