    With a focus on privacy and ample space, each villa is located on a 1500 sq. m. of private plot encased within lush gardens, with a liveable area of 500 sqm of complete privacy. The unique architecture of each villa has been specially designed to blend in the natural beauty of the setting and is uncompromising when it comes to surpassing guests expectations. Interiors have been decorated with carefully selected antiques and highest quality designs. Each villa faces the seafront and consists of two units connected by a garden with a terrace and private pool. The main part of the villa is a day area with a stunning high-ceiling lounge and dining section. The second part is a resting area including a bedroom with king-size bed, dressing closet and the bathrooms come with a rain shower as well as an outdoor bathtub.

    Located on 200 meters of pristine and peaceful beachfront on the South-East Coast of Zanzibar, between Paje and Jambiani villages (1 km on either side).

The resort restaurants use produce from their organic herb, fruits and vegetable garden, local ingredients and offer the freshest caught seafood daily. Doors to Zanzibar restaurant is the main restaurant with an upscale atmosphere and a la carte menu. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers an intimate experience whether dining on the terrace or in the high ceiling room with its central nacre chandelier. Alternatively, the beach restaurant is tucked within a shaded area with a stunning view over the white sand and turquoise waters of Paje beach. Feeling romantic? A special set up on the beach can be organized for your picture-perfect dining.

    A holistic approach is encouraged to promote well-being; The Spa allows guests to indulge in a wide range of treatments for individuals as well as couples. The ethos of the space draws inspiration and energy from the flora and fauna surrounding the open treatments rooms, the smell of the sea and the tropical wildlife to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with inner peace and joy.     Stone town tour: Discover the heart of the island of Zanzibar, a UNESCO Heritage site with its unique blend of African, Indian and Muslim cultures, a vibrant community and main shopping district. Just an hour away by car transfer, a visit in Stone Town can be paired with an island-hopping experience in Prison Island for a full day excursion.
    The rock restaurant: A must-visit venue just 20 minutes away by car transfer from the hotel is uniquely located on a rock in the middle of the Indian Ocean.
    Sultan Journey: A exclusive experience on a luxuriously renovated traditional boat (dhow), the cruise is private and the crew will take you to a hidden sand bank in the middle of the Indian Ocean.

60+ days prior to arrival: 20% fee 0-60 days: 100% cancellation fee

A booking confirmed by email is liable to cancellation fee.

 

COVID-19 amendment: where cancellation fees apply and in the following cases only: 1) Entry ban to Tanzania, 2) Quarantine on entry to Tanzania 3) No Airlines operating 4) Travel ban in originating country, a credit note valid 15 months will be issued for the same guest for the amount received, minus an administrative fee.
