Your directly provide The Peaks with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
  • Register online and make a booking

  • When you sign up to our newsletter, enter competitions or enter promotions

  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies

The Peaks may also receive data indirectly from the following sources:
  • Hotel members of The Peaks

How we will use your data?

The Peaks collects your data so we can:
  • Manage your account, log your booking

  • During a reservation process with one of our partner hotels

  • To communicate with members of The Peaks, for example, to provide information relating to The Peaks partners, products or services

  • Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like

  • To create aggregate and statistical information based on a member’s personal data

  • In order to improve products or services

If you agree, The Peaks will share data your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services. When The Peaks processes your membership, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

How do we store your data?

The Peaks securely stores your data on the cloud.

The Peaks will keep your personal identification information for 5 years.  Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.

Marketing

The Peaks would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop The Peaks from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of The Peaks.
