COMO London Metropolitan Hotel
those looking to be close to Hyde Park and Park Lane
the Low Down
The hotel is located on one of the most significant thoroughfares in London – Park Lane, where it joins Hyde Park Corner. The city’s most glamorous neighbourhoods are within a short walk, including Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Piccadilly. Their core philosophy is to strip back the non-essential elements of a traditional English hotel, creating something cool but accessible, sophisticated and warm. An eclectic mix of contemporary furniture has been sourced from the UK and Italy, including tables of varying heights, some with Emperador marble inserts. In addition to the design, other aspects of the hotel have helped secure COMO Metropolitan London’s iconic status. Service is energetic, with consistent attention to detail. It has flair, its Concierge imparting a level of local knowledge that allows you to feel like a London insider. Light floods all 144 rooms and suites through floor-to-ceiling windows whilst the uncluttered design and intuitive technology create a haven of calm perfect for business or leisure travel.
