Sungai Jungle Villas has a direct program to give back to the local primary school whether it is providing pencils, pens and other school supplies or visiting the English class program held in Made’s home. Friends of the villa are open to contribute during their visit.

The villas include a bespoke fragrance in their spa and bathroom amenities alongside the luxury Swiss Chopard bathroom goodies. The unique scent created for them exclusively by John Marciano is based on SUNGAI’s signature use of pure bergamot essential oils. Bergamot is combined with citrus lily (which is a fragrance combining a light floral with cold pressed lemon essential oil) for bathroom amenities (soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, bath salts and massage oils) with its sweet almond oil and virgin coconut oil base.

There are two three-bedroom villas that can be booked together (if numbers require it) or separately. - Location:
Both villas are set within the traditional village of Cepaka on the edge of Canggu on the southwest coast of Bali in the Tabanan Regency. The villas sat midway between Seminyak and Ubud, and just 20 minutes from the famed surfing beaches of Canggu. - Getting there:
Sungai Jungle Villas is about 1 hour from Denpasar airport. Complimentary transfers are included in your stay and the guest services manager Made will collect you personally from the airport. - What to pack:
With no dress code at Sunga Jungle Villasi, wear what you wish, when you want. Remember it’s hot and humid, so bring light, breathable clothes. - Restaurants:
A team of chefs provide food and drinks round the clock. If you have a craving for something sweet at 2am or perhaps coffee and petit four at sunrise, the team are there to assist with every need. Meals are ordered by 9am to allow chefs to shop on the day for the freshest ingredients, be it duck for slow-roasted, leaf-wrapped bebek betutu or a scallop salad with chilli paste and coconut. Another great feature is that guests pay only the cost of ingredients, which makes dining at Sungai remarkably good value. - Spa:
The villa can arrange 5* resort-quality spa treatments at a small fraction of the cost of normal hotels – these can be arranged around the pool or in the dedicated spa room depending on your preference. Spa treatments can be tailored to your requests. - Signature Activities:

- The hotel can accommodate a king single bed in addition to the king bed in all 3 rooms in Jungle Villa I and 1 room in Jungle Villa II. Both master suites can accommodate a cot. Accommodation for children is complimentary when sharing with parents or another adult – meals and transfers and other services are chargeable.
- Meals need to be ordered by 9am so that the chefs can shop for your lunch and dinner if you will be dining at the villa that day.
- Kid’s Club: To enhance a stay younger guests, Sungai Jungle Villas has added a number of personalised experiences highlighting the traditional village – activities will be offered where parents can observe/enjoy their children’s excitement or participate if they would like, or they can relax with their book and cocktails poolside or enjoy the spa facility, knowing that their children are having as much fun as them and are in the hands of the caring friendly staff that they have come to know so well during their stay.
